Terms and Conditions
- All Ticket Prices are inclusive of VAT.
- The tickets Don’t COVER hotel accommodation or services!
- All tickets are subject to availability on a “First come, first served” basis.
Cancellation by Participants:
- Participants may cancel their conference registration by sending a written request to events@computer2000.bg before 10th of April 2024.
- Cancellations received after 10th of April will not be eligible for a refund.
Substitution:
- Participants may request to substitute another individual in their place by sending a written request to events@computer2000.bg They need to write the name of the new pariticpant.
- Substitution requests will be accepted until 10th of April 2024.
Event Cancellation or Postponement:
- In the unlikely event that the InfoSec SEE 2024 conference is canceled or postponed, registered participants will be notified promptly.
- If the event is canceled, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
- If the event is postponed, registered participants can choose to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.
Refund Process:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to event@computer2000.bg and include the participant’s name, registration details, and reason for cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
No-show Policy:
- Participants who do not attend the conference and do not cancel their registration in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
Event Changes:
- The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, venue or speakers, if necessary.
- Any changes made will be announced on the conference website

Issuance of Event Badges:
- Upon check-in, registered participants will be provided with an event badge. This badge serves as official identification and must be worn visibly at all times during the InfoSec SEE 2024 conference.
Importance of Wearing Badges:
- Event badges are a crucial component of our security and safety measures. Wearing your badge helps us identify authorized attendees, enhances networking opportunities, and ensures a secure environment for all participants.
Access Control:
- Access to conference sessions, workshops, and other designated areas is granted only to individuals wearing a valid event badge. Participants without visible badges may be denied entry to these areas.
Networking Opportunities:
- Wearing your event badge prominently facilitates networking with fellow attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors. It promotes a sense of community and enables meaningful interactions during the conference.
Security Measures:
- Event organizers and security personnel will actively monitor badge compliance. Failure to wear a badge as instructed may result in a participant being approached by event staff for verification.
Consequences for Non-Compliance:
- Participants not wearing a visible event badge may be requested to present it for inspection by event staff.
- If a participant is found without a valid badge, they may be asked to return to the registration desk to obtain a replacement.
- Persistent non-compliance or intentional badge misuse may result in temporary suspension of conference privileges or, in extreme cases, expulsion from the event without a refund.
Badge Replacement:
- Lost or damaged badges must be reported immediately to the registration desk. A replacement badge will be issued.
Reporting Concerns:
- Participants are encouraged to report any concerns related to badge security or misuse to event staff promptly.
